According to the latest information from CoinVoice, the Unichain team has released a mainnet roadmap article. The article states that since the launch of its Sepolia testnet, it has successfully processed 50 million test transactions and deployed over 4 million test contracts. Currently, it is in the phase of providing access to infrastructure providers for the mainnet. The testnet has been opened to the public, and during this period, through rigorous testing and monitoring, the uptime of critical network services has exceeded 99%, effectively ensuring stability and user safety.
It is reported that the Unichain mainnet is planned to go live in early 2025, at which point it will support permissionless proof of failure from day one, allowing anyone to verify on-chain activities. This will further promote the decentralization process, enhance network security and transparency, and provide users and developers with a more reliable blockchain platform. Subsequently, new features such as Flashblocks will be launched on the experimental testnet to continuously improve network performance and decentralization.
