ChainCatcher news, according to Fox News, sources said that Republican negotiators in the U.S. House of Representatives have reached a preliminary agreement on Plan C to avoid a government shutdown at the end of Friday. The agreement will include a short-term extension of this year's federal appropriations, disaster aid funds and agricultural support for farmers-but will be divided into three separate bills.
