The Cryptо.com exchange voluntarily withdrew its lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), reports Decrypt. This decision followed a meeting between the cryptocurrency exchange's CEO, Chris Marshalek, and Donald Trump.
In October, Cryptо.com filed a lawsuit against the SEC, stating that it did so to protect the future of the crypto industry in the U.S. from a 'misguided' regulator acting beyond its authority.
