The XRP token, which is backed by Ripple Labs, has outpaced almost all of the top 100 largest crypto assets by capitalization in terms of price growth in a month. The rapid growth over the past 30 days, which amounted to more than 400%, is associated with positive investor expectations regarding the regulation of cryptocurrencies in the United States.
The price of the XRP cryptocurrency (XRP) has grown by more than 430% over the past month, from $0.5 to $2.7, which became the highest value since 2018. XRP managed to become the third largest by capitalization, overtaking Solana and the USDT stablecoin from Tether. Thus, XRP has outpaced Bitcoin in growth over the past month by almost 400 p.p. Although just a month ago, XRP was in seventh place in the ranking of the top 100 largest crypto assets with a capitalization of $28.5 billion.
