ChainCatcher reported that according to Cointelegraph, a crypto advocacy organization called on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to immediately review all existing crypto-related investigations, Wells notices, and ongoing lawsuits from the first day of the new Trump administration.
The Token Alliance of the Chamber of Digital Commerce said in a statement that the new U.S. government will provide the SEC with an opportunity to reset its "historically problematic relationship" with the digital asset industry. It is worth noting that Paul Atkins, Trump's nominee for SEC chairman, is a member of the alliance's advisory board.
