He suggested moving the foundation to areas like Abu Dhabi or Wyoming that support a more inclusive governance model.
Hoskinson criticized the current model of board members appointed by the Swiss government for lacking community involvement. The Cardano Foundation was established in 2016 and is governed by Swiss law, making community-based board elections currently unachievable. The foundation stated it would increase operational transparency through a series of X Spaces events, but the community's calls for reforming its governance structure continue.
