Memecoin PNUT: Peanut Owner Demands Binance and Other Exchanges Stop Using His Image and Name🗣️🗣️💌

Peanut Case Lawsuit? The Peanut Squirrel case is certainly a special one, and its owner Mark Longo seems determined to keep people talking about it a little longer. After criticizing people who took advantage of his misfortune to make money, he’s now gone on a campaign against the platforms that listed the token. 🔥

Mark Longo, the Instagram star behind the squirrel who made waves during the presidential campaign, has just resurfaced after a few weeks of silence and is angrier than ever. After criticizing everyone who made money from his sad story and launching his own cryptocurrency, he’s back in the spotlight with a formal notice against the giant Binance. 🔥🔥

He claims that the exchange is using its registered trademark Peanut the Squirrel as well as its mascot image without obtaining a license to do so. He also explains that he has used this trademark in several educational initiatives since 2017, which gives him a certain seniority in the rest of the world. Mr. Longo therefore demands that Binance immediately stop using all of this, or face possible legal action that could result in a fine of up to $150,000 per infringement, under the Copyright Respect Act. $PNUT 🔥
