Fuel pre-deposit users reaped substantial rewards in the genesis airdrop, but the eligibility criteria for the testnet airdrop set a very high bar.

After the Fat Penguin airdrop, Fuel also opened its airdrop query window. 20% of the total supply of Fuel will be allocated to the Fuel community, of which 10% is for the Genesis Drop; 5% is allocated to community partner platforms; and 5% is for yet-to-be-announced incentives, plans, events, and activations.
The Fuel Genesis Airdrop allocated 1 billion FUEL (10% of the total supply) to over 200,000 independent addresses, and will open for claims from December 19, 2024, until January 19, 2025.
The specific allocation information for the airdrop is as follows:

NFT Holders and Trading Users: 125,000,000 FUEL

According to community feedback, the first phase of pre-deposit user airdrops was quite generous, with users depositing 1 ETH receiving 10,000 tokens. However, the eligibility for the testnet airdrop is very strict, requiring at least 16 transactions on the Fuel Sepolia testnet and a minimum active time of 16 days. The specific rules are as follows:
First Phase Pre-deposit Users: 287,000,000 FUEL
Eligibility Criteria:
Participated in the first phase of the Fuel Points Program.
Bridge all eligible assets to Fuel Ignition before November 22, 2024.
Deposited eligible assets for at least 7 days and have at least 3 points.
Users eligible for the first phase of the points program who are not from restricted countries or regions.
The second phase is still ongoing.
Testnet Users: 64,200,000 FUEL
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed at least 16 transactions on the Fuel Sepolia testnet and maintained active status for at least 16 days.
The snapshot date is July 15, 2024. Eligibility start date: May 30, 2024.
If you participated in the Fuel Sepolia testnet but do not meet the above criteria, Fuel reminds users to fill out this form by December 18, 2024, at 15:00 CET.
Exclusion Criteria:
Analyze asset flows to identify wallet clusters. Within each cluster, wallets showing the same or nearly the same patterns are classified as Sybil. Apply anomaly detection to the final results to ensure accuracy and identify any anomalies.
NFT Holders and Trading Users: 125,000,000 FUEL
A total of 5,944 NFT holder addresses meet the following criteria. Fuel has also introduced adjustments aimed at providing more meaningful rewards for non-whales.

Level 1 (OG Series): Executors, Pumps, Monkees, Pengus

Level 4: Did not follow the correct NFT standards.
Fuel Cross-chain Users: 200,000,000 FUEL
The snapshot for Fuel cross-chain users was taken on December 13, 2024, at 21:00.
Eligibility Criteria:
Cross eligible assets to Fuel Ignition before December 13, 2024, at 21:00.
The dollar value of assets in the network multiplied by the number of days that value has been in the network is greater than 300.
Eligibility Category:
Lightly Engaged Users: Crossed one or more eligible assets to Fuel Ignition but did not interact with the application in any on-chain detectable way.
Deeply Engaged Users: Crossed one or more eligible assets to Fuel Ignition and spent some time using Fuel and its ecosystem applications.
Advanced Users: Crossed one or more eligible assets to Fuel Ignition and took on some liquidity risks in the following ecosystem projects: Mira, SwayLend, Griffy.
Ecosystem Glass Eaters: 138,800,000 FUEL

Ecosystem Builders: Individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to building and promoting the Fuel ecosystem.
Ecosystem Projects: Individuals or teams that delivered fully functional applications by the deadline of December 10, 2024, within the Fuel Points Program timeframe.
Ecosystem Auditors: Contributors who made significant auditing contributions to projects within the Fuel ecosystem.
