With this innovation, the SOON stack can support new SVM-based Rollups, featuring enhanced security, scalability, and practicality. By integrating merklization, SOON addresses the lack of a global state root in Solana, achieving essential functions such as proof of failure inclusion, secure withdrawals, and stateless execution.

In addition, the Merkleization design of SOON in SVM can enable light clients based on SVM on-chain, and certain designs may even help introduce light clients to the main chain.
