PANews, December 17 - According to the official announcement from Monad, the Monad Foundation has been officially established, aimed at promoting further decentralization and development of the Monad protocol and ecosystem. The Monad Foundation will focus on supporting validator governance, community improvement proposals, providing developer documentation, and promoting and consulting services for the ecosystem. Some members of the Monad Labs team, including those in business development, community, marketing, and developer relations, have transitioned to the Monad Foundation.
In addition, Monad Labs will be renamed to Category Labs, focusing on the development and research of Monad blockchain technology, with James Hunsaker serving as CEO. Monad Foundation and Category Labs will respectively dedicate themselves to ecosystem management and technical performance development, laying the foundation for the future development of decentralized technology.
