This upgrade supports chain-independent operation through the 'Etna' module, significantly reducing project startup costs and meeting different regulatory requirements. The Avalanche Foundation previously raised $250 million to support the upgrade deployment, and it is expected that hundreds of primary blockchains will go live in the coming months.
