BlackRock, according to a new prospectus, appears to be seeding a Bitcoin spot ETF with $10 million.

The expected January 3 seeding is 100 times larger than the October seeding of $100,000.

BlackRock filed an updated filing on December 22 following the SEC meeting with all spot ETF applicants.
