This morning I went to the bank to deposit some cash to invest in coins, and the ladies at the bank kept glancing at me asking, are you borrowing again? 😞. It sounds painful, but looking around, many people are borrowing… mainly for home loan applications.

Do you see how tough it is, the struggling ones just keep going like that. When you tell people to invest, they glance at you right away; but when you mention investing in coins, they completely avoid it.

At this point, everyone is rushing to buy houses, especially through installments, while interest rates are rising, similar to investments, in a bullish market only the market makers benefit, while those providing liquidity are still just ordinary people like us. Many couples are now buying houses worth billions, paying installments for 10-20 years… truly in Vietnam, because of the saying about having a stable family, we end up being enslaved by capitalism for a lifetime.

It’s the weekend, let’s share a bit… also share perspectives on the overall economic equation. In your opinion, should we buy houses on installment? Or should we buy cars on installment? With the majority of Vietnam's population currently… please share your perspective a little so we can discuss.
