Never do breakout trades again
Trading breakouts in the right hemisphere is my weakness.
The advantage of the right hemisphere is that there’s no need to predict; you can profit from good trends.
The downside is that poor signal judgment can lead to holding onto losing positions, even buying at peaks and highs, resulting in being stifled in the cradle.
As for trading in the left hemisphere, it emphasizes prediction and trading before the breakout trend. I belong to the right hemisphere traders. The advantage is being able to buy at the lowest point, maximizing profits. The downside is that if it goes one-sided and the prediction is poor, it becomes a bottomless pit—a nightmare.
The lessons learned in these past two days confirm once again to only trade in systems that suit oneself, or to do what one is good at.
However, from the perspective of time and space, $LINK looks bullish in the later part of the daily chart. For those who entered at this level like me, be mentally prepared to hold positions 😄 or cut losses.
