On December 13, the dispute over the brand ownership of the cryptocurrency data platform FeiXiaoHao continued to escalate. The Yuanfei Xiaohao team accused the buyer of obtaining some source code and data after paying the first installment, publicly tearing up the contract, and refusing to pay the remaining balance.
As a result, the buyer’s request for the transfer of the entire brand was rejected, and the buyer was accused of publicly reselling the source code and data, causing significant losses to the original team. The original team has canceled the brand sale plan and stated that it will continue to operate.
In response to these accusations, the buyer issued a lengthy rebuttal, stating that they had legally registered overseas companies and trademarks. The buyer also pointed out that the original team had multiple breaches of contract, such as incomplete source code delivery resulting in failure to deploy normally, and the same source code being sold to multiple buyers.
The buyer claimed that after taking over Feixiaohao.com.cn, they invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and spent four months repairing the system before it was back online. The buyer also revealed several future development plans, including improving Meme token rankings, promoting global expansion, adding KOL columns and VC collection, and other functional modules.
Currently, the buyer has initiated legal proceedings and will safeguard their rights and interests by disclosing the details of the acquisition and relevant evidence.
