1/ Building image + Content

This is the most important step for any IB/Broker when wanting to attract customers' attention. Mr. Pips typically focuses on 2 types of content:

a) Pain points: Poor, losing trades, being looked down upon by others,...

b) Create greed: show profits, buy luxury items, and cars. Importantly, all bills and documents must be under Phó Đức Nam (Mr. Pips).

2/ Choose social media with many Vietnamese users

Mr. Pips' Marketing team understands the insights of Vietnamese customers well; they choose to create content such as: images, videos, and text on various platforms.

- Facebook: facebook.com/mrpipfx

- Instagram: instagram.com/mrpips217/reel…

- Tiktok

- Twitter:

- Additionally, the team actively runs ads to promote free eBooks but must leave information for Mr. Pips' team to contact.

👉 Then pull users into 2 main "bait groups" on Telegram and Zalo.

3/ Main activities in the "bait group"

There will be 2 main types of personnel at Mr. Pips.

👩‍💻 Sales: most are fresh graduates; they will impersonate customers to show profits, praising Mr. Pips' team.

🧑‍💻 Trader: the main task is to provide trading signals + show executed orders.

And believe Johnny, they might only use a Demo account/or a fake account (this account has to deal with the exchange) to show orders to everyone, aiming to create admiration.

4/ How to calculate revenue for some exchanges

Mr. Pips' team has implemented on more than 5 exchanges (possibly more).

Can be divided into 2 types of exchanges as follows:

❌ The exchange does not burn money: Mr. Pips will receive the following commission:

a) Commission (Commission/transaction fee): Stock: ~70%, Crypto: ~70% & Forex: ~25$/lot.

b) % bonus on total deposits: 10-20% of total deposited amount (of course, the team needs a large number of customers to negotiate a larger %).

🔥 Burn money exchange: currently in the Vietnamese market. Personally, I believe more than 90% of exchanges burn money. The exchange will take the burned money to pay them, and some other exchanges directly share % of the burned money to attract Brokers.

a) If Mr. Pips deals with the exchange (about % of total deposits): He can collect 70% of all customers' burned money + additional commission gas fee (if any).

b) If Mr. Pips opens the exchange himself: he collects 100% of all customers' burned money.

👉 With Mr. Pips' model, I am sure Mr. Pips operates under a model of burning money.

5/ How to manipulate customer psychology - increase deposits.

🔴 If the customer loses:

- Weak defense: believes your capital is low, making it easy to burn.

- Showing profits differently: showing you profits when trading a different pair of assets.

- Deposit to recover: Telling you to deposit more to recover 👉 Switch to another more "premium" expert to take care of your account.

🟢 If the customer profits:

- Criticizing low capital: calculating for you how much more profit you would make with higher capital.

- Deposit to earn more: allow you to join the VIP group + meet other experts to place more orders.

6/ Revenue/month (projected, so there will be errors)

🔒 Case 1: Not burning money

- Customers: 10,000 customers (assumed)

- Average money/customer: 1000$

- Lot/customer: 40 (Total: 10,000 lots)

=> Profit = Commission + Deposit % = 1,000,000$ + 2,000,000$ = 3,000,000$ (equivalent to ~ 75 billion VND)

Case 2: Burning money

- Customers: 10,000 customers (assumed)

- Average money/customer: 1000$

=> Profit = 10,000 X 1000$= 10,000,000$= 250,000,000,000 VND (250 billion VND)

7/ Costs/month (projected, so there will be errors)

👩‍💻 Personnel: 1500

- Quantity: 1500 employees: Sales, Trader, Marketing.

- Average salary: ~13 million VND/person

=> Costs: 1500 X 13,000,000 = ~20,000,000,000 VND (20 billion VND)

🏢 Office: 44

- Costs: fixed + variable: ~34 million VND/office.

=> Costs: ~1,500,000,000 (1.5 billion VND)

🚥 Marketing: this part is difficult to project accurately depending on Mr. Pips' Marketing team's strategy.

- Costs: Ads, SEO, Shooting, hiring models...

=> Costs: ~2,000,000,000 (2 billion VND)

8/ Profit/month

Mr. Pips also has 31 accomplices sharing this enormous amount of money.

Revenue = Profit - Costs = 226.5 billion VND

This amount is allocated by Mr. Pips' team into various assets:

👉 Tangible assets: cash, gold, cars, real estate,...

👉 Intangible assets (Cryptocurrency): BTC,.. (unknown if there are reserves).

9/ Continue the loop

The more investors are deceived, the more impressive Mr. Pips' accounts appear.

Note:

👉 The article is projected based on personal experience; there will definitely be discrepancies compared to reality.

👉 The article does not equate all IBs to be bad + money laundering; however, it also warns many IBs who are going off track or know they are wrong but still proceed.
