I have exploded several positions of 100u already.

Every time I open a position, I always feel anxious. In fact, the leverage isn't high. I often have trouble sleeping at night. If this continues, I don't know if I can make any money, and my health is suffering first. Is there a big shot who can teach me how to overcome this psychological barrier?
