I am a resident of the UAE and i am looking for the best method to fund my binance account with dollars using my local uae acxoubt but with the least amount of charges

$MOVE Guys i am new to Crypto and looking for some help please. I want to buy $MOVE but i need to fund my Binance UAE account. I cant find the option of adding money from my UAE account other than using card payment which attracts too much fees. I was told to deposit funds for free on a Bitoasis account and then transfer the dollars to Binance. How would i do that?
