Bitcoin has surged past $100,000 and even reached $102,000 for the first time since Friday. The altcoins have also experienced significant gains, with double-digit price increases from AAVE, HYPE, SUI, LINK, BEAM, and more. Bitcoin tried to conquer the six-digit entry mark during the weekend but was stopped a few times.
However, it bounced off the $94,400 support and jumped almost $8,000 to $102,000. The cryptocurrency’s market capitalization has neared $2 trillion, and its dominance over altcoins has declined slightly to 52.3%. Alternative coins have also recovered impressive gains in the past 24 hours, with AAVE up by 32%, HYPE up by 29%, SUI up by 26%, LINK up by 23%, and BEAM up by 21%.
