Think about it yourself. When you short and move up a grid, isn't it just a stop loss of one grid or something? Your total position doesn't increase. What is it if it's not a stop loss? Shorting moves the stop loss up, while going long does the opposite.

Is there anyone who understands contract grids that can explain? Baby Dog, I opened a neutral grid at 0.00404, with a minimum range of 0.3, then it shot up to 0.66. I moved it upwards, and the minimum was shifted to 0.401. After that, it dropped again but returned to 0.48. At this point, all of my orders were already settled, meaning the actual opening was 0u, and my unmatched profit was -300u. I feel like I was scammed. When it moved up, I clearly had no orders below, and I don’t understand how I ended up losing so much when it returned to the starting point.

Can someone who understands explain this?
