Bitcoin's daily chart is seriously divided, and trading strategies need to be adjusted flexibly

I remember that in January, altcoins tested the support level three times, but only once so far. This may mean that the market sentiment of altcoins is still relatively stable, but it should not be taken lightly.
Therefore, for the current trading strategy, I suggest that you reduce your position appropriately at the high point. Especially when Bitcoin breaks through the previous high point, you should reduce your position by at least half.
Then, we can wait for the daily chart to stabilize before re-entering the market, and the target can be set near the low point of the previous two days. Such operations can both reduce risks and seize potential profit opportunities.
It should be emphasized that this strategy is mainly suitable for medium-term traders. For long-term holders, it is recommended to keep your position unchanged, because the seasonal market of altcoins is likely to come soon.
