Altcoins seem to be thriving again, and many who missed the bottom are starting to chase the rise. I advise you to be cautious!

Altcoins are still a bit far from the 120-day moving average, and the risk is not completely resolved. There may be two possible scenarios ahead:

1. Consolidation: The coin price may rebound below the previous high and then fluctuate there. As the 120-day moving average gradually rises, in about 30 days, the coin price will slowly approach the 120-day moving average without needing to drop to reduce the gap.

2. Continued decline: If the rebound does not exceed the previous high, it may continue to drop until it reaches near the 120-day moving average before possibly rebounding.

In simple terms, altcoins are not completely safe yet. They may either approach the 120-day moving average through consolidation or may need to drop to that level. We must stay vigilant.
