According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on December 12, Cointelegraph reported that the leading global scientific journal Nature covered the decentralized science (DeSci) project ResearchHub on December 11. The platform incentivizes academic peer review through its native token ResearchCoin (RSC), with approximately $150 worth of tokens rewarded for each paper review.
ResearchHub has received support from Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, who emphasized that peer review should be compensated at the ResearchHub Journal launch event held in San Francisco last month. The platform charges a $1,000 paper processing fee and imposes a 7% transaction fee on ResearchCoin (RSC) trades, of which 2% is returned to the community.
The RSC token has risen 23.1% in the last 24 hours, now priced at $0.9967, with a market capitalization of $99.62 million.
