Many times our suffering comes from an unwillingness to accept the natural development of things, believing that everything should move in our direction, progressing towards our expected outcome. However, reality often takes unexpected turns, resulting in pain and anxiety. True strength lies not in struggling against life's disappointments but in allowing everything to happen.
Impatience arises from a lack of experience; when one has enough experience, it becomes clear that impatience is utterly useless, even absurd. Overexerting oneself and taking things too seriously will ultimately lead nowhere.
Irritability stems from seeking too much from others but receiving nothing in return; forgetting that one is inherently complete. Confusion arises from unclear thinking; not knowing whether to act based on logic or emotion.
