Among them was billionaire Elon Musk, who graced us with a few memes before participating in the reopening of Notre-Dame.

👉The second meme concerns the D.O.G.E., the “Department of Government Efficiency” that Elon Musk will lead with pro-crypto Vivek Ramaswamy.
