As we all know, I started with the wave of inscriptions in 2023, and regarding inscriptions, participation is primarily with first-level new offerings and small capital investments, which often yield good profits. Throughout the year, I have also brought nearly 800 group friends to achieve good results.
My friends in the group also know that I have a conservative personality. I tend not to participate in secondary spot trading, let alone play with meme coins. At the beginning of October this year, some friends around me mentioned that there are quite a few wealth effects in the Meme sector. However, in my understanding, Meme is merely meme coins that come quickly and leave quickly; it’s essentially a gamble, so I have always avoided facing Meme.
Until November 11th, when Binance listed Pnut and ACT on the same day, I realized that the era of MEME has arrived, and it’s time to put down prejudices. Just like in April 2023, when I told people around me about BTC NFTs, they thought it was impossible, causing some to miss out on inscriptions. Just like now, I almost missed out on Meme.
Starting from mid-November, I participated in many targets, such as Banana, which started with a market cap of 60,000, reaching a peak of 5 million market cap, and eventually clearing at 2 million, missing out on further big gains. I was also influenced by FOMO, buying Pnut at a cost of 2.1, which I still hold. However, the overall position is still profitable.
Later, I thought I couldn't miss the trend of MEME, so I reorganized a MEME group for friends from the Spark of Fire community who wanted to play MEME. In the community, I also briefly shared my strategies for MEME.
First: If you have large funds, you can consider targets like PEPE that have already been listed on top exchanges.
Second: If you only have a few hundred thousand dollars, you can consider targets like ACT and DOGE that are already listed on Binance.
Third: If you only have tens of thousands of dollars, you can consider some leading on-chain targets that have not yet been listed, such as X, Luce, RIF on the SOL chain, etc.
For example, X is the first MEME recommended by the Spark of Fire MEME community. At that time, its market cap was 9 million, and it has now exceeded 20 million, doubling in value. Friends who kept up have achieved good results. For targets like X, which have a strong community, high popularity IP, and promote both online and offline, the future is definitely worth looking forward to.
Recently, the X community has been hosting activities. Those who purchased X can register with the community to receive airdrop benefits, possibly NFTs. Keep in mind that the core of the X community is the same as the original BTCS community, and their airdrops are worth looking forward to. If you can't find the community to register, you can add my V: ordi7788 to help submit the registration. By the way, X's CA: EhkDgP8e5sz16AFCWUCYJzVug1zvpDLTEHxH4WAFpBFA.
Playing MEME is possible, but you must remember that you can only withdraw up to 20% of your total assets. For example, if you have 1 million in assets, you can invest a maximum of 200,000. Also, remember to accumulate positions in batches for a specific target.
For example, if I want to buy 10 SOL of X, I can divide the 10 SOL into 10 parts. The first time I only buy 4 parts, which is 4 SOL. If it continues to rise, I can take out the initial investment and sell in batches. If it drops by 30%, I can average down with 3 parts, which is 3 SOL. If it drops another 30%, I'll also invest the last 3 SOL. If it drops further, I can only say that I misjudged the target and withdraw. Personally, I have another viewpoint: take back the initial investment and strictly execute it.
Note: The targets mentioned in the above article do not constitute investment advice. Investment involves risks; judgment relies on oneself, and profits and losses are self-borne. Do your own research.
