The Axellar community is voting to reactivate Terra and IBC channels.
The vote will reestablish the connection between Terra and Axellar.
As you know, the Terra network was attacked via IBC channels in the past months. This attack also exploited Axellar assets.
Terra fixed the issues caused by this exploit and now plans to reopen Axellar and IBC networks.
