We are inside the 1st resistance zone for Bitcoin, there is still no greed. The screenshot shows support and resistance.

From my experience using the indicator, I can say that everything is great and wonderful, I expect 118,000 and from there a correction is possible.

When the price of Bitcoin approaches 118,000, I will look at the indicator again, if I see greed and a signal to exit the market, I will simply exit all positions.
