- The bill requires maintaining at least 1% of state funds in gold and silver, exempting capital gains tax on gold and silver transactions.

- Several other states like Louisiana and North Carolina have also passed anti-CBDC laws.

- The U.S. Congress also passed the Anti-CBD Surveillance Act in May.
