Former Binance CEO CZ tweeted the "Alt" key, and the community speculated he was hinting at the upcoming Altcoin Season.
On the afternoon of December 3, 2024 (Vietnam time), former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) shared on X that:
"Which key is on the Windows and Linux keyboard, but not on the Mac?"
Accompanied by an image of a typical Windows keyboard, zoomed in on the Alt key.
Of course, it is unclear what purpose CZ had in posting this, it certainly cannot just be to casually ask such a question.
Therefore, the crypto community, who have been excited about the recent market boom, began to present their "conspiracy theories".
Most people believe that CZ is referring to "Altcoin" because the abbreviation we often use is "Alt". And what is related to Altcoin? Surely it's Altcoin Season!
Could it be that CZ also thinks the Altcoin Season is coming? The time when Altcoins, whether big or small, new or old, whether "dead" or "alive", will have a chance to soar. The time when buying any coin will increase, and everyone's portfolio will profit.
Just one day after CZ's announcement, the coin $BNB surpassed the $750 price range to establish a new ATH, leading to a boom in the entire market. Hashtag #BNBHitsATH was also flooded across social media.
