I know many of you hate $PORTAL and think it is dead. If you see closely, PORTAL has been turning it's face up slowly. Thought it is not spiked like others but it will. Candles crossed 200 SMA line and MA lines are getting closer of SMA line. A pretty good scene for longers. Hope you know what to do now.
