Instead of thinking about how to do things or how not to do things, it's better to think about how to avoid risks, control risks, and transfer risks.
Looking back, it's usually enjoyable, but it's not enjoyable during a flash crash. Usually, you're making money, but during those crashing days, you go back to square one overnight. As long as you live comfortably during the flash crash, you'll naturally remain comfortable.
There's no need to consider whether there are opportunities or how big they are; you only need to consider what I can do when opportunities arise, what I need to do, and how I can coordinate to make up for losses and fill in the gaps, and that's it; everything else is secondary.
