Dai Lo has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Fractal, marking a significant milestone in the field of blockchain technology and privacy innovation. The transaction for an undisclosed amount was completed after months of strategic negotiations. Through this acquisition, Dai Lo will fully integrate Fractal's Zero-Knowledge (ZK) technology and further advance its future vision.
The acquisition includes Fractal’s technology patents, token reserves, intellectual property, and most importantly, community resources. Dai Lo will continue to build on the foundation laid by Fractal’s founders and is committed to bringing disruptive privacy solutions to users.
"Fractal should be a core component in DeFi, AI, and other blockchain technologies. Privacy is an indispensable feature that should be achievable in every application and on every chain." — Gary Mitchell
Fractal's Strategic Positioning
Earlier this year, Dai Lo began exploring potential projects in the blockchain ecosystem, including Bitcoin, UTXO, BRC20, and Runes. Fractal stood out due to its enormous potential, but it had not been able to fully realize its value due to a lack of resource support.
While Fractal is already capable of operating independently as a Layer 1 or Layer 2 platform, its greatest advantage lies in being a foundational technology component that connects blockchain with traditional Web2 applications. Fractal, centered around privacy technology, has the potential to redefine the market.
"We believe this project has the potential to reach a market cap of $1 billion or even higher," said Gary Mitchell, the head of Dai Lo. "Our goal is to turn this potential into reality and build a privacy-first future."

Additionally, the team plans to promote Fractal's technology across multiple fields such as DeFi and AI, making privacy a core feature of every application and driving Fractal to become an indispensable part of blockchain technology.
