Evening Strategy
After noon today, Bitcoin and Ethereum have continued to decline.
Bitcoin broke below 95,000, and Ethereum broke below 3,600.
This afternoon, I suggested to short Ethereum in a high-end market to capture a profit of 150 points.
The news front is still relatively calm.
On the technical front, Bitcoin's daily K-line MACD has formed a death cross, and KDJ is also turning downwards. To change this trend, the four-hour trend needs to show an upward volume.
From the current trend, the four-hour KDJ is still a golden cross looking down. Let's see if it can stabilize tonight; currently, the MACD does not show signs of stabilization.
This indicates that the possibility of continuing to decline tonight is relatively high.
However, a positive line is that the daily K-line moving average has not shown a downward trend.
This means that even if there is a decline, as long as the moving average trend does not deteriorate, it will generally be a normal fluctuation, so there is no need to worry too much.
Ethereum's trend is similar to Bitcoin's.
Bitcoin's upper limit is seen at 96,500 and the lower limit at 94,000.
Ethereum's upper limit is seen at 3,750 and the lower limit at 3,450.
