Foresight News reports that, according to Sina Finance, Elon Musk has recently requested a U.S. court to stop the illegal transformation of OpenAI from a non-profit organization into a for-profit entity. A spokesperson for OpenAI stated that Musk's application is repetitive and still unfounded.

In February of this year, Musk filed a lawsuit claiming that he had an agreement with two co-founders of OpenAI when providing funding and other support for its establishment, stating that OpenAI should remain a non-profit organization. However, OpenAI has deviated from its founding goals and mission, turning instead to profit-seeking. In June, Musk withdrew this lawsuit, but refiled it in August. In November of this year, Musk escalated the lawsuit against OpenAI again, accusing OpenAI of attempting to monopolize the generative artificial intelligence market.
