News about BRICS Pay overseas also appeared on cryptocurrency news websites like Bitcoin.com.news and Cointelegraph, rather than official media reports.
Relevant departments revealed that China's monetary authorities are not aware of the so-called 'BRICS Pay', have not participated in it, and there is no claim regarding the launch of a pilot in China. The so-called 'official website' is also a fraudulent 'rogue website'.
