XRP price breaks through the $2.5 mark: can it continue to rise?
XRP price has skyrocketed, increasing by over 30%, and is now firmly above $2.2. At this rate, $2.5 seems within reach.

Currently, the XRP price is trading above $2.3 and the 100-hour simple moving average, and the bullish trend line on the hourly chart is also stable, with support at $2.08. This trend line is also close to the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level of the upward trend from $1.818 to $2.510.
Looking upwards, XRP price may encounter some resistance around $2.45, but the first significant barrier is still at $2.5. If it breaks through $2.55, it may shoot straight to $2.65. If it continues to rise, $2.8 and $2.88 are not out of reach, and the $3 mark is also in sight.
However, if XRP fails to break above $2.5, it may need to retrace. The first support level is at $2.35, followed by $2.25. If it cannot hold above $2.25, it may drop to around $2.1, or even close to $2.
