According to ICO Analytics data, Bitcoin has increased by 129% so far this year, primarily driven by the outcome of the 2024 U.S. presidential election and the halving event in April 2024.
Bitcoin experienced a 37% increase in November 2024. This data measures Bitcoin's monthly performance from 2011 to 2024 and shows that only three other years had a higher percentage increase in November, including 2013 (an increase of 459%), 2017 (an increase of 54%), and 2020 (an increase of 42%). Its price performance is consistent with other halving events, starting to rise approximately six months after the halving event occurs.
