5.08 billion dollars worth of tokens will flood the market in December

In December 2024, the crypto market is expected to have a value of approximately 5.08 billion dollars worth of unlocked tokens entering circulation. Of this, about 1.99 billion dollars will be released through cliff unlocks, meaning tokens will be released on a scheduled basis rather than daily. Notable unlocks include tokens from projects such as Sui (SUI), Jito (JTO), Aptos (APT), Arbitrum (ARB), and Optimism (OP).

Specifically, Sui will unlock 64.19 million tokens on December 1, valued at approximately 221.47 million dollars. Jito will release 135.71 million tokens on December 7, valued at approximately 498 million dollars. Aptos is expected to unlock 11.31 million tokens on December 11, while Arbitrum will release 92.65 million tokens on December 16, valued at 88.8 million dollars. Finally, Optimism will unlock 31.34 million tokens on December 31, equivalent to approximately 75.85 million dollars.
