1. Long term > Short term
Build only long term projects. Once the bull market is over, everything short term collapses.
So make sure you can keep making money when the music stops.
2. Get Rich Quick Tax
If you become rich through luck, you have to pay an invisible and brutal tax.
You pay with constant fear and anxiety if you don't earn your wealth.
So be grateful for the challenges and setbacks you face.
3. $10 million or more is enough to “retire”
10 million dollars* 4% = $400,000/year
Passively earning 4% on $10 million can give you a fantastic life anywhere in the world.
4. Consistency wins everywhere
Talent is a myth. Once you learn to be consistent, you can succeed at anything.
I'm not that smart or genetically gifted, but my fitness and wealth are among the best in the world. All I did was show up and work hard every day for a decade.
5. Less is more

Pick your 5, learn from them and take action. You don't need much more.
6. Majors bring in the most money
In the long run, 90% of the people who make money will do so by investing in the majors.
