The warm breeze intoxicates the tourists
Only putting Hangzhou as Aleppo 😂
Syria has replaced Lebanon as the new hotspot in the Middle East, let's see what’s going on as spectators.
First of all, Syria is not a large place, but it is like a Three Kingdoms drama, mainly divided into three factions. Moreover, foreign interference is severe, with Turkey, Iran, Russia, and the US military involved. This time it is the Turkish-supported rebels attacking and occupying the largest city, Aleppo.
If you look at the terrain of Syria, you will find that the western coastline and the north are mountainous, while the interior near Iraq has terrain similar to Iraq, consisting of Gobi/desert/plain landscape. Aleppo is located at the intersection of these two areas, somewhat like the position of Beijing in China, the sixteen states of Yan and Yun. If Aleppo is captured, it will be very convenient to take the plains to the south.
Syria does not share a border with Russia, but Turkey is to the north and Israel to the south. Iran's supplies are estimated to sneak in from Iraq - the northern part of Iraq is actually the 'Kurdistan' controlled area, which has a good relationship with Iran. Therefore, overall, it is not easy for Syria to receive supplies from Russia and Iran.
Looking back at the strategies of the US and Israel, this time they are likely to cut Iran's 'Arc of Resistance' in half in Syria. If Syria is taken, then Hezbollah in southern Lebanon and the Palestinians will lose their supply lines, and their resistance movements will surrender without a fight.
This is a medium-level chess game, and the ultimate goal is likely still to let Israel dominate the Middle East. Currently, Turkey is bouncing around, but in the future, it may be taken down by Israel - the map of Greater Israel actually includes part of Turkish territory.
