Following the AI+Meme craze, will AI+GameFi also usher in a new round of market activity?
Last night, Musk posted on the X platform, stating that too many game studios are owned by large corporations, and xAI (Musk's artificial intelligence startup, which previously completed a $5 billion funding round at a valuation of $45 billion) is about to launch an AI game studio to make gaming exciting again. In fact, the combination of "AI and gaming" was already pushed to the forefront of the traditional gaming industry during last year's Global Game Developers Conference. Perhaps, with Musk's promotion, more and more projects that integrate AI and GameFi narratives will emerge.
