ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptoslate 报道，巴西中央银行 (BCB) 公布了一项监管提案，禁止中心化交易所允许用户将稳定币提取到自保钱包中。根据公众咨询通知，在巴西法律已经允许以外币支付的情况下，居民之间稳定币（称为“以外币计价的代币”）的转移将受到限制。 此举是巴西 2022 年 12 月批准的 加密监管法案的一部分，该法案确定 BCB 负责制定该国加密行业的规则。公众咨询将持续至 2025 年 2 月 28 日，市场参与者可以向监管机构分享他们的意见。但是，BCB 可以推翻意见并按照文件中所述行事。

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptonews 报道，据印尼商品期货交易监管局（CoFTRA）最新数据显示，2024 年印尼加密货币交易额已突破 300 亿美元（约合 475 万亿印尼盾），同比增长 352%。 目前印尼加密货币交易用户数量已达 2100 万，其中 71.6 万用户通过本地注册交易所进行交易。虽然当前交易规模尚未超过 2021 年 540 亿美元的历史峰值，但已超过 2022 年全年的 194 亿美元。 根据 Chainalysis 数据，印尼目前位列全球加密货币采用指数第三位，仅次于印度和尼日利亚。
