Is BTC's trend losing momentum?
BTC's ADX index is now 17.4, remember it was 26 two days ago. ADX, which stands for Average Directional Index, is used to measure the strength of a trend, with values ranging from 0 to 100, without indicating whether the trend is upward or downward. Generally, a value above 25 indicates a strong trend, while below 20 signifies a weak trend or no trend at all.
Currently, BTC's ADX shows that although it is still in an upward trend, the force driving it has weakened. This may indicate that there will be a period of consolidation ahead, or that the upward momentum will gradually slow down.
