The parliament of the Swiss canton of Bern 🇨🇭 has passed a proposal to study Bitcoin mining as a solution to exploit excess energy and stabilize the power grid.

According to the proposal: "Bitcoin mining companies bring investment, create jobs and help many parts of the world develop renewable energy sources. Over the years, Bitcoin mining has become one of the greenest industries in the world."
