$XRP .$BTC : Trump proposes transferring oversight of cryptocurrencies to CFTC.

Donald Trump has proposed that oversight of the cryptocurrency market could be transferred from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). This is part of his plan to create a more friendly regulatory environment for the cryptocurrency industry, especially given his pledge to end the strict controls implemented by the previous administration.

Trump has also proposed the creation of a cryptocurrency advisory council, made up of representatives from the industry, to provide input on digital asset policies in the United States.

With the CFTC now involved in cryptocurrency oversight since 2015 and having more regulatory flexibility than the SEC, this transfer of oversight could allow cryptocurrency companies to operate more easily, facilitating the growth of the industry (enabling the development of US-based cryptocurrencies such as XRP, ADA, etc.).

This clearly reflects the change in policy priorities for the cryptocurrency market when Trump took over the administration.
