According to TechFlow, on November 28, Ethereum protocol developer and Prysm maintainer Terence revealed that the Ethereum core developer meeting (AllCoreDevs) reached a preliminary consensus to increase the Blob target/maximum from the current 3/6 to 6/9. The proposal aims to improve the scalability of Ethereum, but its specific implementation still needs to be verified by further testing and the results of the development network (Devnet). Blob expansion is part of Ethereum's Proto-Danksharding technology, which aims to optimize data storage and transaction processing efficiency.
