Binance’s first global cryptocurrency shopping event, “Binance Payment Festival”, is here! Eligible users can enjoy exclusive rewards by using cryptocurrency to shop at designated merchants through Binance Payment from 21:00 on November 28, 2024 to 07:59 on December 13, 2024 (GMT+8).

Activity 1: Spend more than 20 US dollars and get a PEPE reward of 10 US dollars
During the event, you can get a $10 PEPE reward by spending $20 or more in any cryptocurrency at designated Binance payment merchants*. The reward is limited to the first 19,480 eligible users, and the quantity is limited. It is on a first-come, first-served basis, and each user can only receive it once.
Activity 2: The first 100 consumers can receive a PEPE reward of up to US$350
After the event ends, the top 100 qualified users in terms of total transaction volume with designated Binance payment merchants will also be able to share a PEPE prize pool worth US$5,200, as shown in the table below.
Please note: To be eligible for this promotion, users must have spent at least $200 in any cryptocurrency at designated Binance Payment merchants*.
*Important note: This event is only available to merchants that have passed Binance Payment Enterprise Certification (KYB). If you trade with eligible Binance Payment merchants, a message "This merchant is eligible to participate in the Binance Payment Festival" will appear on the settlement page of Binance Payment. On the contrary, any purchases made with merchants that do not meet the requirements will not be counted towards the reward qualification.

How to participate:
Log in to your Binance account. New users can register a Binance account to participate in the event;
Click the [Register Now] button on the Event Page or Binance Payment Settlement Page to join this event;
Go to the Binance Payment section in the Binance App and select the cryptocurrency you want to spend to be eligible for Event 1 and/or Event 2;
PEPE rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 30 days after the end of the event.

"Eligible users" are defined as verified users who have successfully registered a Binance account during the event period (21:00 on November 28, 2024 to 07:59 on December 13, 2024, GMT+8) and joined the event on the event page or the Binance payment checkout page. Only qualified users who meet the above criteria can participate in this event.
To access Binance Payment and the checkout page that prompts qualified merchants, please download the latest version of the Binance app, or upgrade the Binance app to iOS v2.47.0 or Android v2.47.0 and above.
Activity 1:
Only qualified users who use Binance Payment and meet the minimum spending requirements are eligible to receive rewards. The rewards are limited and first come first served.
Any refund amounts will be taken into account when assessing whether the minimum spend requirement has been met (for example: total spend = transactions made during the promotion period - refund amounts resulting from transactions, including refunds within 30 days of the promotion ending).
When checking whether a user has met the minimum spend requirement during the promotion period, Binance will use the daily cryptocurrency-to-USD exchange rate at the time of purchase.
In this event, each user is only eligible to receive one reward. The reward will be issued to the user's fund account within 30 days after the end of the event. After all rewards are issued, the user will no longer be able to participate in this event.
Activity 2:
Eligible users must spend at least US$200 in total through any designated Binance Payment merchant using any cryptocurrency supported by Binance Payment during the event period to be eligible to participate in this event.
When evaluating the cumulative spending, any refund amount will be taken into account (for example: total spending amount = transactions made during the event period - refund amount resulting from transactions, refunds within 30 days after the end of the event will also be taken into account).
When checking whether a user has met the minimum spend requirement during the event period, Binance will use the daily cryptocurrency-to-USD exchange rate at the time of purchase.
The rewards will be distributed to eligible users' funding accounts within 30 days after the end of the event.
For the purpose of reward distribution, Binance will use 0.0000190758 as the PEPE/USD exchange rate. Please note: the actual value of the rewards received may vary due to market fluctuations.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants and prohibit them from continuing to participate in this event if they engage in the following behaviors:
Tamper with the Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of the Binance program code;
Participation in this activity involves fraud (including but not limited to: collusion with other users and/or merchants to commit fraud), illegal, misleading, deceptive or other improper behavior that may damage the credibility or reputation of this activity or Binance. Binance reserves the right to recover all rewards issued and the legal right to claim damages or other compensation from such participants.
Binance reserves the right to modify the Campaign or Campaign rules at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending the Campaign, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, the evaluation criteria and the time limit for taking any action, and all users are bound by such revised terms;
