19% of the initial supply was allocated to airdrop protocols that demonstrate their readiness to interact with our liquidity layer. In assessing the available protocols, we examined a wide range of factors such as TVL, trading volumes, and product. We also aimed to find a balance between native BNB protocols and protocols from other chains.

25% of the initial supply was distributed among regular users of existing BNB Chain protocols, as well as among new users of the chain through THENA. Users were selected based on behavior that promotes the long-term stability of the mentioned protocols, such as: locking, staking, holding, participating in governance, and continuing support despite emerging issues.
