How to sell in a bull market? The most effective principles and mindset for bull market positions
1. Double or more, gradually cash out the principal
The main goal of this step is to bring the psychological cost of the tokens to 0, so there won't be so much mental entanglement
If it drops - the principal is already out, and what remains is profit, it's just a matter of how much to earn
If it rises - there are still more than half of the chips, feeling great
2. In a good bull market, definitely do not sell everything, must keep a bottom position
After the first step, leaving a bottom position itself has a cost of 0. If the price continues to rise, you can gradually reduce your holdings, but you still cannot sell everything because you can't imagine what the future will be like
Because of the first step, the mindset becomes very proactive, making this step easy to execute
3. Keep cycling, try to find more good tokens
With the accumulation of the first two steps, you still have USDT in hand, waiting for opportunities to buy good tokens. If good tokens rise, then cycle the first two steps again
Some may argue with me, saying that in a bull market you should focus on one token. The cost of focusing heavily on one token is the admission of significant psychological internal friction, which can easily wear you out, and the result is not as good as my cyclical method
I believe this set of principles is suitable for the vast majority of people. The core of this set of principles is to keep you in a healthy psychological state at all times, bringing the cost of token chips to 0, while frequently keeping a portion of USDT to look for the next opportunity
This model can easily roll over in a bull market, and throughout the process, one will not lose control. Not losing control is the key; once you lose control, just leave the table.
